*Do not leave the baby in the cone unattended, especially on soft or elevated surfaces (e.g., couch, chair).

* The infant should be placed on its back, with its head on top of the cone, outside the tying line, to ensure free breathing.

* The burp cloth/horn is designed for newborns and infants, usually from birth to about 3-4 months of age, depending on the baby's height and weight.
